I was apprehensive about going to Harmony in the beginning because I had never had any kind of therapy before and it was honestly a scary thought. It has honestly changed my life. I was in such a bad place I didn't think anything would help. The staff are wonderful, caring, understanding and respectful to your individual needs. This place is absolute magic! Every detail for your process is intentional and thought out. I have sought help for my anxiety, trauma, addiction and depression for 30 years with very little relief, until I came to Harmony. I was sleep walking through my life letting trauma responses and old behaviors run my life. Now I am awake and excited for The life ahead! Thank you mark, Lori and all of the therapists!
