The nurses in triage, particularly Julie, require additional training to ensure they are equipped to handle sensitive situations effectively. Called for help, they came out for an evaluation and didn't take me seriously. Now I'm worse than before they came
This place is joke. They don’t help at all. Asked to get help and they are rude. They said I’m not having a problems. It’s just stress. I have be fine.
From what I've seen they don't do their job. My friend has been there 2 times and they mess around and take hours just to make them go home.
Needs a lot of fixing I don't know if it's what is guidelines for mental health and how the should handle it but if it's not then it needs stopped now
