I have been ask to give a review of Michael Arnold who I began seeing professionally late last year. I never really liked or trusted therapists through most of my teenage years until I worked with Michael. His unconditional acceptance and lack of judgement was important, but even more important to me was the way I never felt talked down to or pathologized. I wasn’t the list of things that was wrong with me, I was a person. From trauma to ptsd to psychosis to adhd to grief, nothing has ever been too much for him. He’s naturally empathetic. If you’re wary or have had bad experiences with past therapists, consider this guy.
