My teenager goes there and they are more into helping him get better grades and prepare him for adulthood then talking to him about problems at home or any issues he has outside of school. I think my husband and I have it covered teaching him how to be an adult in the outside world. It would be nice if they would back us up. I’ve been using mhc since 2020 . In 2022 I moved to Clarksville from Murfreesboro so I had to switch providers. I had a case worker and she was so amazing that I did not have to use therapy because she checked in daily/weekly helping with coping skills even helped me get my first apartment etc. She got promoted and we went our separate ways. This place is DANGEROUS! They will not refill your meds on time. Nor will the call you back. If you have the pharmacist request a refill it is always denied. I had a pharmacy about to give me a 3 day parcial while I was waiting for a refill to be approved and they had them cancel a parcial!!! My son is 13 and withdraws are a real thing! Especially for a child with special needs. I really need to report them to the State they have no business dealing with med management. If you want a place that is disorganized and Doctors that consecutively cancels appointments that involve receiving medication then this place is for you. The idea of this place sounds great, however that's all it is an idea. My kids med management appointments have been canceled 4 times back to back. Sometimes they will still send in the medication but sometimes they won't. Not a dependable office.
