I had a really disappointing experience at this clinic. They allow people to skip ahead in line if they checked in online-which was never communicated to us beforehand. It's incredibly frustrating to wait only to find out others are jumping ahead just because of a process we weren't informed about. On top of that, for a mental health facility, the rooms are bleak and depressing. The environment feels more like a cold, sterile office than a place meant to support mental well-being. I called to make an appt and was transferred to intake as a new patient. The first question asked wasn't my name, what type of service did I need, or how was I feeling, but 'what type of insurance do you have? How old are you?' We can't help you at this time". I have private insurance through my employer and the office is listed within network. However, this location wouldn't take my insurance because I'm over 18 and didn't give me the option to pay out of pocket. The only information I was asked about was my insurance type,... read more

This place has struggled for forever to keep people. I brought someone in a couple weeks ago and the nurse and dr treated us with compassion and respect from the beginning. I know we talked both of them well out of the time window and neither one rushed us out the their office. The nurse give us information on the medicine and helped with questions we had. her office was peaceful with positivity all over the room.
