I attempted treatment for my mental health a couple times after I decided to stop self-medicating more than 12 years ago. I felt like no one listened to me and I didn't agree with diagnosis back then. I am so glad I found MHC. When I first started going I saw Nina and I feel like she listened and cared. The receptionist were very sweet and welcoming. BUT THE psychiatrist or doctor whatever he is is the absolute worst!!! He made racial slurs and put me down as an individual!!!! He also told the receptionist that he didn’t like me! I felt so racially profiled! I will never recommend this place to anybody!
This is the most unprofessional, neglectful, absolutely horrible place where any person could ever receive services, pray you avoid it.
Please, don't go to this clinic! They are the worst as scheduling and the manager is super rude. They don't have providers and they will keep you waiting forever. AVOID THEM!
They're a little slow at responding. I recommend calling them ahead of time before running out of meds. Maybe give them a weeks notice.
