This is the most unprofessional, neglectful, absolutely horrible place where any person could ever receive services, pray you avoid it.
Please, don't go to this clinic! They are the worst as scheduling and the manager is super rude. They don't have providers and they will keep you waiting forever. AVOID THEM!
They're a little slow at responding. I recommend calling them ahead of time before running out of meds. Maybe give them a weeks notice.
I had a really disappointing experience at this clinic. They allow people to skip ahead in line if they checked in online-which was never communicated to us beforehand. It's incredibly frustrating to wait only to find out others are jumping ahead just because of a process we weren't informed about. On top of that, for a mental health facility, the rooms are bleak and depressing. The environment feels more like a cold, sterile office than a place meant to support mental well-being.
