It's not like it used to be.The caseworker is there just for a pay check.I'm very very disappointed the I have.
The man seemed corgile enough. Then as another minute went by he wanted extremely private information. Medicare, client id for insurance and his attitude was a Purina, like someone criminal had put something on my social security number. Horrible fear! Just hung up.
I'd like to make a comment about Chris. He worked at the Matt program. Him in all three of my counselors, preston and the supervisor I wish you could remember her name, but she's amazing. I promise these guys are the most kindest, wonderful people you want to be around, Chris is the kind of guy you can sit and talk with for a 150 years. Awful service and case managers that won't even bother doing anything or returning your calls.
These people were very nice. They promised me for 6 months while I was in jail that they would help me with housing when I got out. When I got out snd all legal issues were handled I even spoke to Kaylyn Curtis who stated she would look around and get back to me a couple days later I never heard from her again. She even ignored all my calls which I left message and emails as well. I live in street now. Thanks
