The worker that is suppose to help has not helped once was suppose bring me a food box twice now and now says she don't have that in her notes

I can not get an answer from this group concerning his benefit payments to MTSS in Shelbyville. The CEO of MTSS told me that he had received only $30 for the care of my son. The person that I talked to said that they needed the conservator papers. I emailed them within minutes of the phone call. They said that the paperwork had been received. 9 days later I called and left a message. No results. It's a 501b (3) company and the States Attorney General takes complaints on these issues.
