Negligent I’ve called for the last month to get to a different dr left voicemails with the supervisor still no call back I’ve been without an appointment since do better
terrible. REALLY annoying.
I'm usually not one to complain or leave a bad review, but this has gotten out of hand. Nobody ever answers the phone, no matter what time of the day. I've called everyday for 5 days and have yet to reach someone, it just keeps ringing. The people here treat you like a hassle rather than helping you. I'm actively looking for somewhere else because this has done nothing but add stress to my life.
Dr was nice but no individual therapy and two case managers never did anything with me. On wait list elsewhere. I'm a senior and I don't think we matter at many agencies.The supervisor never called
