I love our doctor, however front desk does not answer. Currently on my 15th call today, simply because she does not answer. If I leave a message I won’t hear back. Two days ago they said they were sending my sons medication over… well it’s pick up day, they have not sent it over and will not answer the phone! Very frustrating, sad that I know when I’m calling I need to set a whole day aside just to ask for the nurse voicemail! At least make an option to leave the nurse a message!!
They've been very helpful in my recovery. I wish I knew about them 4 years ago.
No matter what MHC I go to it is so plainly obvious they don’t care about people. Doesn’t matter that I’m going homeless due to my mental health and can’t afford treatment because I have insurance that I can’t cover the copays of. The one in Nashville failed to help me during a crisis and this one continues to do the same. There is a disgusting lack of communication. What a joke. Someone’s blood WILL be on their hands due to their incompetence and lack of actual care.
I've been receiving medication for depression/anxiety from MHC for about four years (I quit once for personal reasons but it's been two years straight, now) and have been really pleased with the speed and efficiency of my appointments, as well as their ability to get me set up with a financial aid program while I don't have insurance.
