I can’t understand how this clinic received a 3.7 for averages because I have been there for numerous appointments and not one time has anyone I dealt with been anything other than outstanding. From when you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile and every nurse and practitioner are friendly, knowledgeable and addressed my concerns and have me currently better psychologically than I have been in twenty years so unfortunately five is as high a grade allowed!!! Thanks to everyone there
I never made my review of this place when I went here 1-2 years ago because I was kinda scared to, but my experience was pretty bad so I came back here to comment on it. While I was there, my medication (anti depressants and anxiety medication) wasn't working or making me feel better at all, and when I tried to address that it wasn't working, was told "It's all in your head." I’m very nervous to post this because I have been going to this place so long, and respect most of the people in this place except for a few as of today. I, less than two months ago went on a new medication after taking the same medication for YEARS. This medication (Prozac) that is commonly known to take longer to kick into a system (sometimes 3 months+ for some people) and is known for the side effects I began to display. One of the best crews I've ever had the pleasure of going to.
Well, first off, I came here when I was 13. I no longer go here. They have you tell them, in detail, your trauma and mental health issues next to your parent and put you on the spot to the med manager?? (I requested my mom sit outside) and it's very uncomfortable. They called CPS because I told them about my abuse just for them to do absolutely nothing about it but ask my mom a few questions.
