Waste of Time and Money Really, the Houston Mental Co-Op is a shabby piece of [emailprotected]!p.These are the reasons why: 1) You pay too much money to stay there and the facilities (including the main campus) look dilapidated. 2)The staff there is underpaid and neglect the residents.
