They’ve been helping me manage my combat-related PTSD. I was on much stronger medication before I started doing counseling with them, but now I’m not so reliant on meds. I always feel so seen and heard. It’s a blessing that their clinician has been through something similar. They even pointed me in the direction of a support group that’s been invaluable. I no longer feel crippled by my condition. Highly recommend!
I settled for lackluster mental healthcare for far too long elsewhere. I should’ve been getting the care I get here the whole time. Oh well! At least I’m finally getting what I need.
Thanks to them, depression hasn’t totally consumed me. Of course, some days are easier than others. But with them in my corner, I know I’ll eventually feel like myself again.
Unlike the last mental health clinic I was going to for therapy, this one doesn’t forget to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy in Westchester I’ve been going to all my life.
