This place is not going to help you feel better. They give you medication that is too strong and makes you sleep too much. I went in with the clothes I had on. I didn't know that I was going to have to wear the same clothes for 6 days. They have donation closet but only for skinny people. If your bigger your screwed. Slap embarrassing while already stressing is how I felt. They surrounded me with a Haldol shot and lied and told me it was benadryl. Just for speaking my mind. A doctor I worked with previously gave me the number to call and connect with him here; The front desk staff stated they wouldn't connect me with him or leave a message unless I went through a full separate therapist and session with them. The front office attendant was rude and unhelpful, and had a piss poor tone. This is supposed to be a mental health facility??

Wellstone is not some eutopia were they have a magic want that can cure the issues that you have n I certainly cannot speak for other people's experience. I came to them in the throws of years of untreated mental health and severe drug addiction and while they offered no magic fix. What they gave me was love,support,belief and a path forward. I had to do the work but they gave me the tools that set me up for success. The leaders, counselor and staff have never done anything but support me. They work tireslessy at a job that ... read more

I had an appointment set and when I came in the receptionist couldn’t find my appointment. I showed her the paper with my appointment and then I was told it was canceled. I told them I didn’t cancel and apparently it’s because I didn’t answer a phone call. I asked what number do they have and they had written my number down wrong. So now I’m having to reschedule after waiting weeks and leaving work early, which is unacceptable.
