Very loud staff some/most nights, including but not limited to security personnel. They do not accommodate Kosher diets, or anything besides an “allergy”. Your option is a pb&J otherwise. Half of the personnel smell like cigarettes. But, patients cannot smoke. A few people working there are childish and think they can talk to you however they like. I’ve visited there twice. They were very nice and helpful. I saw several clients down there as I visited my grandson everybody seemed happy.

A male patient assaulted my wife while she was in this facility. Staff/Security did not catch it or stop it, she had to report the incident after the fact. While the therapist and facility manager seemed sincere and apologetic in reassuring me that it would not happen again, that's hard to do after allowing it to happen in the first place. I hope they drop Dynamic security and get some decent security and long-term measures to protect any women who enter this facility for treatment.
