I wish I could give a zero. I have been working on getting my billing corrected for 2 years. I have repeatedly spoken to someone about my balance and they are holding me accountable for 3 missed appointments that were put on my calendar. I ended up paying $300.00 for missed appointments that I did not make. I paid because they were going to send me to a credit agency. DO NOT USE this joke of a practice.
Great customer service , receptionist(Shawnii) at the front desk checking me in was very nice and attentive.
Mental Edge was such a delight for me, the counselors were amazing and the front desk were so perfect, I recommend all my friends in family all the time !!

The entire staff of mental edge is top tier! I personally see Janet who is a GEM and has helped me work through SO much. My daughter sees another therapist and the front staff is always very helpful with any scheduling questions! Specifically Amanda who goes above and beyond to help.
