The entire staff of mental edge is top tier! I personally see Janet who is a GEM and has helped me work through SO much. My daughter sees another therapist and the front staff is always very helpful with any scheduling questions! Specifically Amanda who goes above and beyond to help.
This place is horrible. As someone who has been given their 'services', it sucks. Over ten times my past therapist never longed onto any of the online meetings then suddenly quit the practice. By the way I had an appointment only once a month. Now I have to have one every single week before she only made my problems worse. That and my psychiatrist hasn't gotten any meetings in with me so I haven't even been able to get medication refilled.
