My therapist is tough love and wise rolled up into one. So much healthier thanks to our working together.
As far as I am concerned there needs to be a 10 star rating. In my opinion every person of color especially should find someone to talk to. My therapist Averil is a great communicator and listener. She provides coaching on how to work through things in the moment. The most important aspect for me is that I know I have a space where it is safe for me to be vulnerable and just be me and talk about all of "it". I know that every time I leave a session my spirit is lifted up and I feel free to be the best Ivra possible.
