Dr Menser is the best Vet we have ever been to. We have been going to him for 14 years. He may seem at first a bit "gruff" but he genuinely cares about both your pet and owner. We love him so much!
Dr. Menser is an excellent vet. He has so much experience and I trust him completely with my pets. Dr. Menser is honest, and will not try to sell you on expensive tests or treatments unless it's necessary or if you request it. He is an old-fashioned type vet and a really good guy. You will not get all the expensive bells and whistles here, but good, sound veterinary medicine. It's the way I like to be treated. Most importantly, it's the way I like my animals to be treated. Best vet in the county! Has been mine for 35 years. Without his help, we wouldn't have been able to save and adopt all of the rescues that we have . Even after he retired from doing large animals, he helped me help my horse live to the age of 29 and a half!
He is very caring and knowledgeable. He is been my dog's vet since she was 2 months old, she is now 10 years old. While living in Plano I made the mistake to take her somewhere else and they misdiagnosed Mia's thyroid problem with a flea problem. $500 after, I took her back to Dr. Menser and he figured out exactly what was wrong with her without charging 100's for unnecessary tests. I completely trust him.
