I’m a baker, and they have of the most delicious bread I’ve ever had.
This place rocks- I live in Chicago and there’s few delis that have such a variety of comfort food. I really loved their fresh squeezed orange juice- I would make the trek just to get some again! And I had a very delicious pastrami sandwich as well, and their latkes were to die for. This is a landmark spot and I will make a pilgrimage again soon and bring more friends !
As a Jewish person who has lived in New Jersey and spent a lot of time in New York, understand that I know what I’m talking about when I say this is some of the best Jewish deli food I’ve had, especially the matzo ball soup. Our waitress was super helpful too!
Corned beed sandwich is just 3 stars, I have had better. The meat doesn't seem that lean and the rye is thick.
