Terrible customer service. Was not helped for fifteen minutes after entering and was treated even worse when we told them we would not be buying anything that day. Asked to try on suit jackets for our groomsman and groom (6 total) and they gave the two that were there with the biggest body type difference the same coat. And asked, word for word, "well did you plan on buying anything today?" Acted like we were a nuisance all around. Love their suits but they will not be getting our business.
Poor customer service and communication. None of the tux rentals fit even close and they came in a day late (which is the day we were flying out to our destination wedding). Would not recommend for a wedding.
Horrible. Not even one star worthy. Pretty sure the guy was higher than a kite and couldn't even function at an elementary level. Retail isn't rocket science. There should be no reason why a simple task of ordering a suit should have been so incredibly difficult.
