Absolutely worst service on this planet. Honestly. We paid around two thousand dollars for a custom suit. We came home (to Dickinson) and the shirt was not in the bag. We ended up going back to get it, and were greeted with attitude. We were told we took the shirt and they couldn’t do anything about it. So, we went elsewhere. My husband and I went to your Bismarck store today. While looking at ties, I made eye contact with the young men behind the counter a couple of times, but neither was willing to come out from behind the counter to assist us. There were no customers at the counter, but the two of them seemed to be enjoying their conversation. We planned to make a purchase; instead, we walked out. It could be a long time before we return.

After reading through past reviews I wondered if it was the same store. Great help and customer service from all the staff we encountered. They took time to make sure the tux my son needed was the right fix and combination to match his friends tux. It is for an out of town prom so they made sure it would be here in time and warned us about returning it soon to avoid a late charge.
