The store was quite busy and seemed short staffed, however, Oksana was very professional and helpful to me the entire time. Because of this service, I will be a longtime customer.

Horrible customer service! My husband had to go in 3 times to get the correct tux. There was no apology or compensation for the amount of time he had to take to account for their mistakes and lack of communication. The people working there have no idea what they are doing and lack professionalism. Pick a different place for your wedding!
