Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'll never shop at this store again.
Our salesman today (didn't catch his name) asked me if my tattoos were from younger days when I didn't know any better. Luckily for him he asked it AFTER my husband walked out of earshot. Everybody is entitled to their own opinions, but as a salesperson, you should keep your asinine comments to yourself while you're trying to get somebody to buy your products. We will most definitely not be returning and will definitely let all of our friends and coworkers know how your customers are treated.
Wish there was zero stars. Worst experience I've ever had. I guess this place doesn't think it should hire enough people to help out and not have you wait over 2 hours for stupid wedding measurements. Had the bridal party not come here we would not have stayed. Worst place ever for service and fittings. Bigger franchise definitely doesn't mean better. So disappointed.
Bad customer service. Have never been treated so abrasively rude. The salesman David walked off from helping us. Admitted it was rude. Asked for the manager and pretty mech no care to help us find the right size. Got the full refund. Men's Warehouse...you don't need our money??? Yikes! We are trying Burlington Coat Factory. Better prices!
