They are great until they have your money, then your SOL!! My wedding went into panic mode because of MW. My (adult) groomsman received a vest fit for an infant, my brother (also a groomsman) didn’t get his tie and my ring bear received a shirt that was HUGE. We had to make people change clothes in order for the groomsman to look alike. The store associates showed no concern whatsoever when I told them. when I was ignored on two different occasions trying to buy a suit, I found another place where the people were very friendly. I was able to purchase a whole new wardrobe. I am going to look so good now thanks to your company. best thing that ever happened to me was walking away from men's wearhouse.

Called ahead looking for a suit or tux to snag for a Saturday night military formal in 2 days. Spoke with Abbey who was very helpful and accommodating. She had me come in after work, we went over a few looks, measurements, pricing and in less than an hour, I had a Tux ready for pickup. Came in 2 days later after work to pick up my Tux and the very cute Maribel had me try everything on to make sure I was good to go! I can say, I had a very positive experience and I will be back again. �
The experience of tuxedo shopping was overwhelming but the young lady made it easy.
Went in yesterday looking for a tux for my son's prom and had a horrible experience. The salesman was to busy eating and acting busy. He put my son in a tux and when asked how much was the rental he sd it was $250. I told him I had a coupon I downloaded from their website and he sd that's with the coupon. Then I asked if he had something a little cheaper and he sd No. How can a big store like that only have one tux for u to try on. Ridiculous!!!
