Purchased a suit, extra pair of pants, extra shirt, and 2 ties for a good amount of money in Nov. Went to wear the lack pants and where they were hemmed it wasn't surged so is coming unraveled. Called them today to see if they'd cover postage for me shipping to them to fix. Was told no I'd have to drop them off. I live 60 miles away. Don't think it's right as they're the ones that screwed up
My compliments to Men's Wearhouse in Erie, you really saved prom for my son today! His rental tux from American Commodore was the WRONG size and they were no help in trying to rectify the situation. We are so grateful to Men's Wearhouse for fitting him with a new tux for purchase and completing the alterations in just a few hours! It was a perfect fit and he looked great for his Senior Prom!
