I was in the Kenwood store looking to get my son a tux for prom. I had a coupon for $30 off and they also had a special for $99 for a full rental. The gentleman took my sons measurements proceeded to ring up everything I did upgrade the shoes that was an extra $10 and they told me it was $20 for rush fee since prom was the following week. The salesman tells me my bill is $160 of course I question him because the sale was $99 +$10 for shoe upgrade and $20 for rush fee=$129 +10.85 tax =$139 -$30 off coupon =$109.00 .. Lost my pre-paid merchandise not once, but twice. Incompetent and confused....had 5 different people looking and they could not find it!! Sucks at a new level of sucky.
