Went in with my husband today to get a “basic” black suit for a corporate promotional filming he has scheduled for Monday in Dallas. We walked in, never once greeted or assisted. Walked and looked through the entire store. None of the sizes were organized appropriately, every jacket and pant had to be checked to find the sizes we needed. RecommendedMichael J at the Kenwood location is fabulous! I took my 17 year old son in for his first 2 suits. Michael schooled us, and was so attentive and helpful! I don’t know what we would have done without him. My son is going to look sharp thanks to the support he received from Michael today. Go see him!!

My husband and I brought our son to the Fayetteville, Ga. location today to look for a suit for his second grade dance. We have used the Newnan location many times and have had great experiences and service. Unfortunately there location is closed for relocation and our experience with the Fayetteville location today was no where close to the experience we are accustomed to. My fiancé and I are getting married on October 9th. We went to Men's Warehouse for a custom suit because my fiancé is female and has curves so a custom was the only way to go. She tried on her suit last week and the fit was way off but they told us not to worry they could fix it. Today we returned and the fit still wasn't right. Terrible Customer Service. They apparently lose measurements and screw up, then don’t allow a small child to use the restroom while they correct the mistakes they made. RUDE and very unkind.
RecommendedAfter a horrible experience at another location (Coon rapids) Nick at maple grove was a savior. Nick was calming and extremely knowledgeable about suits for our wedding he even helped us as make a custom suit for the wedding. I can not thank nick enough for this delightful experience.
