RecommendedMichael J at the Kenwood location is fabulous! I took my 17 year old son in for his first 2 suits. Michael schooled us, and was so attentive and helpful! I don’t know what we would have done without him. My son is going to look sharp thanks to the support he received from Michael today. Go see him!!

I had the best experience there looking for suits for my new job. The manager made sure all of my measurements were on point and tailor made my suits in great timing. I was treated like family when I came back to get my suit for an interview and they wished me well! I'll definitely be going back! And recommend this store to anyone like me who seeks great customer service!
I had more problems with this location than it was worth. Our initial visit should have been the first sign to not order suits from this location. The associate was not helpful, did not offer any suggestions, and did not have an answer for any of our questions. This store is an absolute joke. Customer service is horrible . They have "no record" of a person in a wedding party paying for his suit when the other 6 people did. Of course one of the ones that paid cash they have no record of. Called the store and the representative davante was no help. And did nothing to assist us. Collectively we spent over $3,000 on suits for this day, and they have done nothing but try to make us pay more money and sell us more stuff.
