Asked for a mid drop fade on the sides and to keep the length on top because I was trying to grow my hair out on the top. She took the sides so short and so high that I literally have to shave my head again because the shape looks absolutely terrible. Did not listen to a word a said. Should have never even paid for this haircut or given her a tip. The more I look at it the more upset I get.

Rebecca is hands down the #1 hairstylist at this location. Every time I walk in looking like a chia pet, I walk out looking and feeling like a million bucks. The convos are a 10 out of 10 level and she is the sweetest. She keeps me coming back! **UPDATE** Rebecca is still absolutely crushing it over there at MUG on Val Vista! I recently went to MUG for the first time and had a good experience. Rebecca was awesome - I signed up for both the haircut and beard trim and both turned out great.
