I'll start with my pain rather than Stephen's work. I'd been living with numbing and tingling, primarily in my right arm, that has simply worsened over the past two decades. I've learned to live with and accept the dull pain as one consequence from wearing my backpack on one side of my body in my youth, also for decades. The other being a neck that "feels" straight even though it's noticeably skewed to the right. The pain was about 3 out of 10 but add 1 for consistency. Stephen did a phenomenal job. I came in with localized shoulder pain. Rotator cuff specific. He was very thorough and used enough pressure to help relieve my pain
