This is my second not-so-great experience here since moving from AZ two months ago. The first time, I booked a hair appointment but arrived just two minutes late. Because of that, they didn’t wash my hair — yet after my cut, the stylist stood around chatting with other stylists for about 10 minutes before her next client. I was 5 min late for my appointment I walk in check in and told that there runing behind so I have to wait. Then said since I was late I can get a full hair cut. But yet I was waiting on them and they said it was my fault this place is a joke
Met these ladies at ND Country Fest. Super fun and professional. They did a great job for my buddy and I, definitely recommend for any man wanting to clean up.
