I once was in a jam and needed a cut and a color. Alexis and Alex saved the day. Because they work as a team, Alexis colored my hair and Alex cut it I am back cuz they did such a great job!

Stylist seemed bothered that I was there for a haircut. She was very rushed and barely said more than 3 words to me. She didn't even blow dry my hair, sending me out with soaking wet hair. In my opinion, overpriced for the service you get and for the quality of cut.

They claim to take walk ins. Went to the Greenfield location under the impression I could “walk in” without an appointment. (I tried scheduling but the website would not allow me to). They would not take me. I called every Men’s Hair House near me (4) and none were able to take me. They should be appointment only. It was a waste of my time. If they claim to take walk ins, they should have a barber dedicated to them. IMO

I took my 9 year old son there to try and fix a horrible haircut from a different place. Alex was very friendly and reassured us that she could help. He wanted to keep the length on the top which I thought would be impossible because of how badly it was cut the day before. But she did it!! He is happy and said he can now go out in public. He wants to go to Alex every time now! And on a side note one of my other son’s who has curly hair goes to Alexis and she does an amazing job as well.
