This was about a year ago. The stylists name was Shay. Cut my hair for a couple years. Always made me wait 7-10 minutes past my appointment time. One time 25 minutes. She’ll ask you how your last cut went and I said I wanted it cut shorter in the front than the top. She immediately became agitated and pulled out her little ruler measuring my hair length stating she did that. Have been here about 8 times with good experiences. This was the last. Awful experience. The stylist was 10 min late for appointment, stylist took 2 personal calls while she was cutting my my hair, constantly stopped cutting to tell me stories. On top of it all, I now have to go someplace else to get this haircut fixed. Waste of time and $35.
After Heather left, place has gone downhill.
Manager told me to delete my 3 star review so I downgraded it to a 1 star
