It seems like the place is going downhill, a big loss in staff and fewer days open.
Great customer service, super friendly!
I give up. I've been a customer of MCE for two years. In that time, I've been through four stylists -- all four left the salon, vanished without a trace. That's some kind of signal. Now, their voicemail message says they've reduced their days down to Wednesday through Saturday. Last time I was in they had only two stylists, one of whom (my most recent one) was on vacation. I've been getting a hair cut from Jenny for two years now and I've never been unhappy with the service she provides. Very friendly and through with her hair cut.
