The only month I didnt have to message the company and see where my box was, was the first month. Now waiting for box 4(after forgetting to cancel my subscription, oops) and I get a message from the delivering company that I owe $16.82 in order to get my box... After already paying almost $130 for the boxes and what I thought was shipping and taxes. I would not recommend this company to anyone
