I had a great experience taking my child to Dr. Menon. Our appointment started right on time. Dr. Menon was friendly, kind and explained things very thoroughly and clearly. He was compassionate and knowledgeable. Only positive things to say about him.
He's a very patient kind thorough Dr. Who knows is craft.
My husband & I absolutely love u of m. Wonderful doctors, nurses, all of staff members but I hate to say this the endocrinologist Dr. Menon at the u of m is seriously depressing. Everytime my husband & I take our son since he's been diagnosed (5 years now) we have to wait for 45 minutes to an hour every time to see him! Everytime I've asked can we get a different doc....I get told we don't have any doctors taking new patients...REALLY!! He's rude, seems to hate his job, he's not talkative whatsoever, very short with the appo... read more
