I went to Menocal twice for my annual physical and I will never be going back! To me, there was a lack of integrity, professionalism, and I just don’t think that I can trust this practice. The main issue is that I was assured, twice, that there would be no charge for my visit. I was told that it would be categorized as a wellness check up which would be no cost to me, but I ended up getting a surprisingly large bill a few weeks later.
