No needs are met. Especially if you are disabled. They evicted me , I'm 80 yrs old Managers husband thinks he is God & runs the place. If you move here don't expect the sidewalks to be cleaned of a foot of snow. If you use a walker, you might have get out of your car on uneven grassy land. They don't grant special parking places for the disabled. Only the manager has a specific parking place. If you don't a stressful life, don't move here
I went to several properties and got on the waiting list of the ones that would work for me. Both the management and community were extremely helpful and kind.
Mennonite is a very caring property management company. When calling the main office, we always get fast and prompt assistance. The Regional Manager seems to care VERY much about her tenants and vendors! I always refer people to this company.
