Worst experience ever from any company. First off never got to talk to anyone, walked in the building & I asked if this was MTS travel & the receptionist said we don't take walk-in, no hello how can I help nothing! I proceeded to ask her if we would be able to make an appointment & she replies we don't make appointments any more. Ok how the ---- do you talk to someone??? Worst customer serve EVER. Do not recommend!!
