The pool is dirty in the deep end playground has lots of crickets and the manager looks out for her job not the residents. The people there are nice and the laundry is only a quarter some people have parties that are at midnight but it’s ok not too far from a gas station so I’m going to be getting gas there.

I miss the old management beware of the new promoted manager Kayla she is beyond rude and is not someone who looks out for residents she looks out for what makes her look best in her job. She used to be sweet before her promotion. Looks for any and every excuse to evict anyone, steals deposits before anyone signs anything, didn’t properly renovate before I moved in the proceeded to take whole move out deposit for “PAINT and CLEANING” and doesn’t try to help residents get logical deals. I love ISM but just not this location.
I applied for this apartment and they asked for a holding deposit before I was approved, and the there would be a fee if I rescinded my holding deposit. I thought that that sounded sketchy, but I was in a bit of a bind and wanted to move asap, so I paid. They then proceeded to drag their feet on approving my application, asking for more and more information. They even reached out to my employer with a questionnaire about whether or not I work where I do, even I had provided paystubs. I got approved for 3 other apartments in ... read more
I've lived here for 7 years. The old manager was better on rent and stuff like that. But it is a very good place to stay
