Jan (Dr. Weber) has been seeing our young adult child for a type 1 bipolar condition. They were given a medication protocol by the HMO we used to be with after having a breakdown last year. The medications they prescribed were really dumbing down their personality, leaving a person who was barely functional and just not themselves. Dr. Weber is amazing. I am NOT a patient, but called to ask a random question. I left a message, and within 5 min, receive a text response. He was unable to provide the help I inquired about, but took the extra step to suggest where I might find the answer I was looking for. When I thought our communication was completed, he sent another text with a link to where he suggested I call. He went above and beyond to help me, a total stranger.
