We have been seeking to have Mr. Menke complete management of the probate for the estate of our cousin. It has been over three years and at every turn documents are not submitted, filings are late, and emails go without response. I have never worked with an attorney who is less competent or willing to support his clients. He has even been censured by the probate courts for his tardiness but it has made no difference.
