Even though the facility is small, the personal attention here is great. My 90 year old mother broke her hip and was treated here as kindly and efficiently as any large hospital.
I love this hospital. They are so helpful and friendly. In my stay I never encountered one rude employee of this hospital. Now my daughter Angel M Sandoval was also a patient there and loved the staff as well. She always commented how friendly the nursing staff was to her. She was in and out of this hospital but God chose to take her home. I want to thank everyone in Menifee Valley medical center for all the help they have given us. God Bless you all.
I have more then just a Thank You to share regarding this hospital!!! A friend had taken me to the ER… I had been sick for quiet some time… I had also been to the ER several times at other hospitals. They had diagnosed me with the heart issues I had then rushed me to the nearest heart specialists, where my life was saved. For the first time in my life I received the right answer and it's amazing how much my life has changed today!!! Thank You Menifee for saving my life!!!
I had mostly a good experience there. Most of the staff was awesome all but one nurse. Her name was Porche and works in the ER. I would have gave it 5 Stars but for them Employing Such a Horrible Nurse has to give it 4. She left me in pain and unattended for almost 4 hours. They finally transferred me to another room and got another nurse that did a great job.
Wondering about the quality of the nursing staff here. Poor grammar, little knowledge about the reality of diabetes, no understanding of the difference between type one and type two, and really poor forethought when posting about the policies at the hospital
Came in with severe abdominal pain. The staff told me they couldn't treat me until they figure out my billing situaton.
The worst hospital in Riverside County I didn't get the proper treatment and my sister was with me yesterday and I was not even taken care of the staff wasn't very nice or anything and I'll take my chances with either Riverside County regional medical center or loma Linda university medical center where I was told I have fluid on my ovary and was supposed to be admitted as well for it I will never ever come back here ever again Dr Robert cannon needs to be reported to administration and the board or I will take action for ma... read more
