Had to leave after a 40 minute wait. Never did get to go over results with the doc. I will not return.
Dr. Mengesha is incredible. He is the most knowledgeable and caring neurologist. He and his team are so invested in your health and recovery. I cannot rave about them enough.
This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a Doctors office the staff is rude the billing department doesn't return calls or is NEVER in the office. I have been dealing with an insurance issue with their billing for over 3 months and I still get the same answer time after time."our Billing lady is not in today she might be in tomorrow please call back and check. If I call back it is the same answer. She's not in call back. 3 months of this. If I could give a -10 I would!!! Worst place ever.
Dr. Mengesha and his staff are amazing. I have been a patient of his for years. He is extremely caring and always takes the time to listen to any concerns. His staff is friendly and the new office is very nice.
