We had a very disappointing experience with this office. We trusted them to help us with an important process, but things were not explained clearly from the beginning. After making payment, we were later told that additional fees were required in order to move forward. This was not clearly communicated upfront. I paid for ITIN/W-7 processing services on January 30, 2026. After payment, my application was placed “on hold” and no real progress was made. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to either pay more or take my documents elsewhere. I did not receive clear communication or proper support. I had to contact my bank and file formal complaints to protect myself. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service. Update The issue is not about bypassing IRS requirements.
