During the holidays our power went out in parts of our house. Of course we had company staying over at the time. MEC was referred by a friend and so I gave them a call. There office staff was very responsive. They communicated with me not only on an approximate time when they would arrive, but also when the technician was on his way. The technician who showed up was pleasant and explained to me what the problem was. After the repair he walked me through of what was done and asked if I had any questions before he left. Carlos and his team at MEC are wonderful to work with. They respond and fit us into their schedule quickly and always do an amazing job. They are always super friendly and follow up on the work as well!
