I went here for about 2 years. March 2024 the dentist was so late the hygienist let me leave before the reviewed my X-rays saying I’d hear from them if there were any issues. September 2024 I went in and mysteriously had a cavity, my first one ever in my 28 years. They quickly made me an appointment to get a filling the next day. I felt super pressured and cancelled quickly after I left. I went to a different dentist 6 months later, no cavities. No idea what would have been considered a cavity. Highly recommend Dr.Patel and her staff Gillian. They were amazing, took great care of us. Other dentist gave us so many problems and they were great, understanding and trustworthy!
Today I went for a teeth cleaning and if there were 100 stars I would give more the lady who works there her name is Mrs. MAI she is my and my family's favorite she is amazing she is very sweet and she works very well I hate going to the dentist but the way she does the cleaning I don't feel anything I will be very sad when she retires one day!!!!!!! Mrs Mai you are amazing ! My family and I love you !!!
I really liked Dr Cerone and the hygienist Jennifer only. The one star is for the office staff. After my first visit I was quoted a price for my my second visit by the young girl at the front desk before leaving. At my second visit the same young girl at the front desk told me it would be the same price as she had quoted on my first visit. At the end of my visit she charged me 35% more than quoted with no explanation other than "that's the charge".
