Wanda was fabulous to work with. She communicated constantly through out the process, followed through on everything we discussed, and helped us schedule inspections as we lived out of town. Wanda rocks! On signing day we went for a final walk through and the house had been intentionally flooded by the tenants! They took their fridge and washing machine and left the ice maker line running pointing into the living room. Wanda kept us from signing and sorted everything out with the other agent and the seller. It took an extra month but we were able to close on a house with fixed up flooring. Thanks Wanda!
