Setting appointments is difficult. Frequently doesn't return calls which has now extended to putting me at risk by running out of meds. Wait times are excessive and typically come with either no apology or an explanation like "I had a break so I went for a workout or went to grab a bite to eat.". Sad after years of great care (though combined with this unprofessionalism in office practices), Dr. Mendozza crossed the line and breached my trust by putting me at risk.
