Excellent service in pool maintenance, repairs, trustworthy man, I recommend him to anyone looking for that type of service
We hired Louis to maintain our Hot Spring Spa and in the beginning he was doing a good job. Not long afterward, we began noticing he was not cleaning filters, which when dirty, would cause the spa to shut down. Furthermore, there was scum/dirt on the shell and an overwhelming chlorine odor. Also, saw that Louis would not turn on clean cycle when adding chemicals, let alone test water or measure chlorine before adding to spa.
