Salesman Scott speaking! (You sound like a fucking nigga I'm the only person that got in your truck , my sister said you opened it up 2 weeks ago for her grand kids to stick their head out of it. Nothing happened at the dealership beside me doing what you asked me to do bottom line ! ) This is what people are like there!
Slowest service. My brand new car went in for a noise and has been there for 8 weeks with no end in sight. Terrible communication! No one will answer my calls or texts. No clue when I’ll get my vehicle back. Would not recommend!!!
Mendoza Ford changed the motor mount in my 2020 Ram truck prior to the purchase of said vehicle (February 2023). Two different dealerships have advised that the improper replacement of the motor mount by Mendoza Ford caused a crack in my engine block, resulting in $12,247.00 in damage. Danielle St. Marie (in writing on May 4th) agreed that Mendoza Ford would take care of it (damage). After three months, Mendoza Ford is now refusing to pay for the damage.
