I scheduled a drop-off for a fuel pump replacement. When I arrived at opening, nobody was there. I waited 20 minutes and tried calling and texting with no response and no apology. I have messages confirming the appointment and was completely stood up. Luckily I am mechanically inclined and was able to do the work myself but anyone else would have been out of luck. This is terrible business. One star.

I had an awful experience here. I was assured many times that they could install an aftermarket downpipe for my car. They stripped two bolts while removing the stock downpipe and weren’t even able to install the new downpipe. I was billed for $300 and was left with two stripped bolts. I ended up removing the stripped bolts and installing the new downpipe myself.
