Everyone is always super friendly there. They are super knowledgeable and are willing to help you in whatever way necessary.
What a joy to work with Nicole. I actually look forward to my dentist appointments. The office staff is so upbeat as well and the good doctor inspires nothing but confidence.
The second upon arriving, I was greeted with a smile from everyone I saw. The atmosphere is beautiful with new furnishings, and they even had a play area for my three year old son who goes everywhere with me. The staff was very accommodating and didn't even bat an eye when my son kept walking back and forth into the room from the play area when my teeth were being cleaned. I arrive to the office ,took my coat off and the specialist was ready for my needs ,very cordial and efficient in her work. Soon Dr .Roland with his big smile greet me and check my mouth and work done , everything was like the first time he did my work. I recommend this facility to every one that want to have a good work done and feels welcome and gratefull for a good job.
The whole team at Mendon Dental was excellent, as were the facilities. I hadn’t been to a dentist for a few years so I was nervous. They were sensitive to my reservations & requests, Nicole was very gentle yet thorough with cleaning, and she answered all the questions I had with expertise. Dr. Roland was also great! Everyone on staff took the time to explain things. I actually learned a lot and felt more inspired to take better care of my teeth when I left.
Best dental office ever! Friendly, capable staff. Personal attention. I've never felt better taken care of.
My visit was excellent! From the friendly greeting on entering, the calm professional approach to my cleaning , to the thorough evaluation by the doctor, I knew I was in good hands. It was a perfect experience.
