Great food and service. Love the food and concept
I just stopped by this location and was planning to order something, but I asked to use the restroom first. The manager or staff member asked me where my receipt was and implied that I needed to purchase something in order to use the restroom. I understand businesses have policies, but the way this was handled felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I was a potential customer, and instead of feeling welcomed, I decided to leave. I had an amazing experience here! Judy was very helpful and informative. This location had a welcoming atmosphere and a delicious lemon cookie!
I accidentally ordered my catering for the wrong date and showed up a day early to pick it up. Even though it was my mistake, the staff was incredibly kind and did their best to put my order together on the spot. I really appreciated their understanding and willingness to help. Great customer service, and I'm very thankful!
If only I could leave more stars for Jenny and Judy !! I prefer to walk in instead of having my food delivered because I'm always greeted warmly. My order is usually special; addition and subtraction of ingredients. I've been a fan since this location opened!
